Are these heaters available in Europe?

Only the 12V model, S360Ew is available to buy in Europe/ UK.

Should I fit an anode?

If the water supply has high levels of salinity, a magnesium anode should be fitted.

What size circuit breaker should be used?

120V requires 15A circuit breaker, 240V requires 10A dual breaker.
